Clinical Business Solutions coordinates clinical services nationwide with qualified registered nurses through its credentialed network of subcontracted agencies.

Implementing a centralized coordination process to accept physician referrals for clinical services, CBS quickly matches nurses to patients according to geographic location and needs. We utilize therapy-specific visit report forms for outcome reporting. The nurse documents the visit and faxes the form to CBS.

CBS uses a standardized process with program-specific content to educate nurses prior to initiation of services. The nurses are then required to pass a competency test before conducting a patient education session.

Patient Education
Nurses conduct patient education visits in the patient’s home or physician’s office. The patient will learn product and/or device-specific information and proper self-administration technique. These services maximize patient compliance and persistence, thereby increasing overall quality, consistency and effectiveness of the patient’s therapy.
