Clinical Call Center

Clinical Business Solutions provides product support and ongoing management of information through its Clinical Call Center staffed with registered nurses who serve as a resource for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.

Clinical Call Center Services

  • Receive inbound inquiries and provide product information based on FDA-approved materials and guidance from manufacturer’s medical affairs department.
     
  • Make outbound patient calls at specific designated endpoints to:
    • Provide clinical counseling
    • Conduct quality-of-life surveys
       
  • Educate patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals on product administration, dosing and disease management
     
  • Complete and submit the adverse event and product complaint information to manufacturer’s medical affairs department
     
  • Compile anecdotal information regarding product experience for use by the manufacturer’s marketing department
     
  • Perform patient registry management:
    • Record quality-of-life indicators
    • Collect socioeconomic statistics
    • Collect demographics of patients and physicians
